This is my weight loss journal. I have another journal which I write about my daily life in amyames I'll be keeping track of what I eat daily and the amount of physical exercise I do each day. I hope to loose 50 pounds by August 2005 (5 months, 10 lbs a month!)
October 25, 2006- Well I didnt' stick to it last time. I graduated university and found out I was expecting a baby 1 month later so needless to say my weight loss extravanganza took a back seat to all the new changes in my life. Now, I'm 8 months post partum and am determined to cut back on sugar. Here I go again!!!
