Today is day 4 of my weight loss extravaganza! Since Thursday (March 3) I've been eating very healthy and have been going to the gym each day. I've stopped eating past 7 pm and am drinking 2-3 litres of water a day. I did 40 mins of cardio on Thursday, 30 mins of cardio on Friday, and 30 mins of cardio yesterday. Did 35 mins of circuit training yesterday as well. During the work week, I found it very easy to not snack and didn't feel hungry at all between meals. Today is a different story. I am home alone and am bored (prime time for eating to fill my boredom) but instead of giving into my wants, I am creating this journal to document each and every thing I put in my mouth ( I am a to-do and list kind of person and I know from past experience that when I write every thing down, I succeed much more than if I didn't). My goal is to be at or around 150 lbs by August 2005. 50 lbs in 5 months ~ 10 lbs a month! Lets see if I can do this!
Breakfast:
2 slices of whole wheat toast with light peanut butter
1 bowl of cantalope
1 small container of peach yoghurt
1 glass of orange juice
Snack:
1 cup of rainbow sherbert
Lunch:
Sandwich (Whole wheat bread, 2 pieces of sliced ham, mustard, 2 pieces of block cheese)
Handfull of Wheat Thin Crackers
1 Litre of water
